However, I would say that morale and leadership do have an effect on the play of individuals, just that it&#039;s immesurable (or nigh so), and for Sutcliffe to propose that the Yankees have been only good enough to win 85-100 games each year with A-Rod playing 3B because A-Rod &quot;only gets hits in blow outs&quot; or &quot;is a poor clubhouse figure&quot; is a little presumptuous on Sut&#039;s part.</description>
